Hi, I'm Janice Brown, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage and a Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) proudly serving Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan County, Douglas County, and homebuyers throughout Washington State.

 

I've been helping families navigate the mortgage process since 2000, and throughout my career I've learned that every borrower has a unique story. While many loan professionals focus on transactions, I've built my business around listening, education, and helping clients create a clear path toward homeownership.

 

I specialize in helping self-employed borrowers, business owners, real estate investors, and clients with complex income situations. Beyond lending, I'm actively involved in the Wenatchee community. I serve with the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee, coach entrepreneurs through One Million Cups, participate in Rotary, and serve on the Community Foundation Board. Supporting local businesses, entrepreneurs, and families is an important part of who I am.

 

When I'm not helping clients secure home financing, you'll likely find me reading, exploring the Pacific Northwest, taking photographs, or enjoying time near the ocean, especially in Ocean Shores. My husband and I have been married for more than four decades, and family remains at the center of everything I do.
