Cole Grover

Hi, I'm Cole Grover, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Vancouver, Clark County, Southwest Washington, and Oregon.

I've spent more than five years working in the mortgage industry, and one of the things I enjoy most about this business is taking something that can feel complicated and making it easier to understand. Mortgages come with a lot of terminology, numbers, paperwork, and decisions, and I believe you shouldn't have to be an expert in home financing to feel confident about the process.

My approach is simple: listen first, explain clearly, and help you understand your options so you can make informed decisions about your home financing. As a Washington and Oregon mortgage loan officer, I work with clients throughout the Vancouver and Portland metro area, including communities across Clark County and Southwest Washington. I also enjoy working with local real estate professionals and building relationships that extend beyond a single transaction.

Outside of mortgages, I'm a husband and dad, and family is a big part of who I am. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, playing golf, and being involved in my local community. Those experiences have also shaped how I approach my work: I know that buying a home isn't just a financial transaction. It's about where people live, raise their families, build memories, and plan for the future.
