Hello! I’m Adrienne Richmond, a Washington native and local mortgage professional dedicated to helping homebuyers navigate the path to homeownership with confidence.

With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles that have given me a well-rounded understanding of the lending process from start to finish. For the past 11 years, I’ve focused on the sales side as a loan officer, guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with clarity, education, and personalized support.

I’m passionate about helping buyers feel informed and empowered throughout the mortgage process. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, refinancing, or exploring their options, my goal is to make the experience smooth, transparent, and as stress-free as possible.

As a lifelong Washington resident, I feel deeply connected to the communities I serve and love building relationships both professionally and personally. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, networking within my community, participating in community service, exploring interior design, and spending time with my family.
