I've spent the last 19 years helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and one of the things I still love most about mortgage lending is that no two transactions are ever quite the same.

I'm a problem solver by nature. Whether a loan is straightforward or requires a little out-of-the-box thinking, my goal is to make the process feel clear, manageable, and personal. I believe in being honest and transparent with my clients and business partners, even when that means having the harder conversations. I'll never push someone toward a decision simply to make a loan work; I want my clients to understand their options and feel confident that the decision they're making is the right one for them.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with just about every kind of borrower and scenario, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners and investors. But what I value most are the relationships that continue long after closing. I want to be the person my clients feel comfortable reaching out to years later with a question, a new goal, or simply to talk through their options.

I was born and raised in Tacoma and have spent my entire career here in the Pacific Northwest. I've been with Guild Mortgage for the past 15 years and now call Gig Harbor home, where my husband and I are raising our two boys.

When I'm not talking mortgages, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and the people I love, working in my garden, or painting with watercolors.

For me, this business has always been about more than mortgages. It's about helping people make thoughtful financial decisions, finding solutions when the path isn't obvious, and building relationships that last.
