Kevin has been amazing to work with. He's responsive, personable, flexible, and forgiving. This was my first home buying experience. I'm a little bit of a moron when it comes to adulting and my ADHD can overwhelm me. That said, Kevin walked me through things when I needed it, skipped over real estate jargon when I asked him to simplify things for me, and was just very understanding. He met me where i was at and treated me like a human being versus just a client. He was kind when it took me 3 weeks to do something that would've taken someone else minutes to complete. He even made sure I was good while he was on vacation. Just a really great experience. Now that I'm a pro at adulting (1 month after my house closed 😀😀), I already have his number saved for the next time I need to refinance or buy. He's a lovely dude who helps me through a stressful time. Highly recommend.
