Deandre Coulter

Hi, I'm DeAndre' Coulter, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage. I grew up in West Seattle and now live in the Covington/Maple Valley area with my wife and our two daughters. After a successful career in tech sales at Zillow, Shopify, and ADP, I decided to pursue my true passion: helping families achieve homeownership and financial stability through real estate.

I serve first-time buyers, growing families, veterans, homeowners exploring refinances or HELOCs, and more. My approach is simple: educate you on your options, support you at every step, and help you feel confident in each decision, always with honesty, integrity, and a "treat you like family" mindset.

Outside of work, I'm usually spending time with my family, staying active at the gym or on the basketball court, or relaxing with music, podcasts, a bingeable show or a good video game. I'm passionate about building relationships and making the mortgage process clear, stress-free, and tailored to each client's goals.
