Hi, I'm Carlos Merancio, a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage proudly serving homebuyers throughout Spokane, Washington, the Inland Northwest, and the communities I call home between Washington and Arizona. My path into the mortgage industry is a little different than most. I'm a professional soccer player, a Finance student at Bellevue University, a licensed soccer coach, and a husband. Throughout my life, I've learned that success rarely happens by accident. It takes preparation, discipline, teamwork, and a clear game plan. Those same principles guide how I serve every client today.

I entered the mortgage industry because I saw an opportunity to combine my passion for personal finance, real estate investing, and helping people achieve meaningful goals. Originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, my own journey has taught me the importance of opportunity, perseverance, and creating a strong foundation for the future. Having lived and spent significant time across Mexico, Arizona, and Washington, I bring a unique perspective and appreciation for the diverse communities I serve. Outside of work, you'll usually find me training for soccer, coaching, working toward my Finance degree, exploring the outdoors in both Washington and Arizona, hiking, working out, traveling, or spending quality time with my wife. From the mountains and lakes of the Pacific Northwest to the desert landscapes of the Southwest, I enjoy experiencing the communities that make each place unique.
