Hi, I'm Kerwin Lyon and I help prospective and current homeowners find affordable mortgage financing. I've been a Loan Officer for more than 16 years. This experience has provided me with a thorough knowledge of loan programs, everything from: First-Time Homebuyer, 100% Financing, FHA, VA, USDA, Mortgage Credit Certificate, and all other types of specialized loans, including HARP 2.0 and Jumbo.

I was born and raised in West Seattle. I attended the University of Washington and Le Cordon Bleu. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking for friends and family. As a first generation Lao American, I also take great pride in volunteering with the Lao Community here in the Pacific Northwest. I am committed to helping clients understand their financing options. I was born and raised in Hawaii but have been living in Seattle for the past decade and now consider Seattle home. With an extensive and diverse history in the hospitality industry, I pride myself on my ability to anticipate the needs of my clients.
