Mkristo Bruce

Mk was the deciding factor in us being able to get our dream house. We would not have been able to do it with out him and his team at Guild/Team Bruce. Mk worked diligently and with purpose on our loan. He also did extremely well at adapting on the fly as circumstances kept popping up with our loan. He and his team had clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. They provided easy check lists for us so we could see exactly what we had done and what we still needed to do throughout the entire process. Mk also went above and beyond by making calls to places like our bank our realtor escrow selling agent etc in order to make this process smoother for all parties. This was our second home loan through Mk and he just keeps getting better and better at his job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home mortgage loan!

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe our time with Mk and his team. About two years ago my husband and I started a search for our 'forever home' and we wanted the best representation to help us through the whole process. When we first met Mk he was incredibly knowledgable respectful kind patient and caring enough to go through every aspect of the home buying process with us. Mk always answered our questions in a timely manner and he was never difficult to get a hold of. It took us almost a full two years to find a home we loved enough to buy and Mk stuck by our side every step of the way. Mk and his team were supportive throughout the entire time we worked together to purchase our home. Several members of Mk's Team contacted both my husband and myself throughout the home buying process and all members were just as wonderful as Mk himself. Team Bruce wrote custom letters for us when we wanted to make offers on properties and were almost instantaneous with all paperwork needed when we finally found our 'forever home.'Mk and his team sent us personalized congratulations cards when our paperwork was all finalized for the home with messages that warmed our hearts so much we still have the card displayed on the mantel.I would recommend Team Bruce to any person trying to purchase a home no matter what their experience with home buying is. There is so much more I could say and write but six paragraphs will have to do for now. Both my husband and I would like to thank Team Bruce for all their hard work and again we highly recommend this company. :-)
