Hi, I'm Sandi Milohov, a Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, proudly serving homebuyers across Clark and Cowlitz County, Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Longview, and Kelso, as well as Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley in Montana, and licensed throughout Montana statewide.

I began my career in mortgage lending in 2008 after building my own home, and that experience sparked a passion for helping others navigate one of life's biggest milestones. Today, I specialize in first-time homebuyers, first-generation buyers, VA loans, FHA loans, down payment assistance programs, and borrowers with self-employed or complex income situations. My approach is education-first. I take the time to explain every step, communicate clearly, and guide my clients with transparency, patience, and care. My background in small business bookkeeping gives me a strong financial foundation and a strategic lens when reviewing loan scenarios. Combined with my problem-solving mindset, I'm known for finding creative, compliant mortgage solutions, especially for clients who may not fit into a traditional box. I hold the Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) designation through MBS Highway and have earned national recognition, including Top Producer honors, Top Woman Lender, and Top Lender for Washington State Housing Finance Commission loans in Clark and Cowlitz counties. I'm also honored to be a recipient of Circle of Honor and President's Club awards.
