I proudly serve homebuyers across Clark and Cowlitz County, Washington - including Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Longview, and Kelso - as well as Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley in Montana, and licensed to serve Montana state-wide. I started my career in lending in 2008 after building my own home, and I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to help others achieve their homeownership dreams. I specialize in first-time and first-generation homebuyers, VA loans, and borrowers with self-employed or complex income situations. My approach is education-first: I take the time to teach, communicate clearly, and guide each client with transparency and care.

My background in small business bookkeeping helps me understand the numbers and think strategically. That experience, combined with my problem-solving mindset, allows me to find creative, compliant solutions - even for the most challenging files. I've earned the Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) designation from MBS Highway and have been recognized in the Top 10% nationally, Top 1% Women, and as the #1 lender in Clark and Cowlitz County for Washington State Housing Finance Commission loans (#11 statewide). I've also been honored with Circle of Honor and President's Club awards.

Beyond lending, I'm passionate about giving back. I volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, and Love INC - because service, integrity, and kindness guide everything I do.
