This is the third time I have used Kathy's as my loan officer. I would not trust ANYONE else with my loan servicing other than her daughter Jenna, who is part of Team Randich. Kathy was available to me after hours, on weekends, and maintained constant communication with me throughout the process. To be honest, the rest of the real estate process I experienced was horrible. The only shining light was Kathy. Despite higher interest rates, high realtor fees, and a tight market, Kathy was the great equalizer. She put me at ease. I knew in my heart she had my back and was looking out for me. Kathy went way above and beyond to coordinate with the title company and my realtor to ensure the smoothest, coordinated closing. She provided trusted, sound advice every step of the way. kathy answered every question I had with honesty and integrity. She is very experienced and it shows. Every piece of paperwork she did was accurate and on time. I just cannot tell you enough what a positive difference Kathy and jenna made for me with my house purchase. The real estate market has drastically changed in the last 10 years. Costs for buyers have skyrocketed. Now more than ever, we need skilled, competent, expert mortgage loan officers like Kathy Randich. I was blessed and am grateful for her services. It was the one and only paer of this entire real estate transaction that was the BEST experience I could have asked for. Thank you Kathy!!

Kathy was so fantastic to work with!! She always explained everything so well and never made me feel horrible about my situation or like it was impossible for me to buy a house. Even when it was just me on the application and the numbers weren’t so great she still made me feel like it was possible.
