Stacey Allbery

I'm Stacey Allbery, a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, proudly serving homebuyers throughout Colville, Spokane, Stevens County, Ferry County, and Eastern Washington. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2021, I've focused on making the home financing process feel approachable, honest, and personalized, especially for first-time homebuyers and families purchasing unique rural properties.

Mortgage lending has always been part of my life. My mom, Cheryl Lipp, spent more than two decades helping families achieve homeownership, and today I'm honored to continue that legacy while building relationships of my own. Many clients who once worked with her now trust me to guide their next chapter, something I never take for granted.

I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, rural homebuyers, and clients purchasing acreage properties, manufactured homes, homes with wells, and multi-parcel properties. Every home purchase is unique, and I enjoy helping my clients navigate the financing process with clarity and confidence from our first conversation through closing day. Outside of lending, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two children, cooking new recipes, researching my family's genealogy, enjoying the lakes and rivers throughout Eastern Washington, or planning our next family trip to a favorite theme park. I'm also passionate about giving back to my community through my children's school and supporting the people who make Colville and Spokane such wonderful places to call home.
