About Me

I am Stacey Allbery. In 2021 I started my lending journey alongside my mother, Cheryl Lipp a long time resident of the area and local lending extraordinaire. She has taught me the ropes since birth and encouraged me to join her in lending land. I love helping my clients learn more about buying a home, assisting seasoned buyers and love Guild’s offerings of products.

I am a first born sister of Katie and Michael who graduated in Kettle Falls. My grandparents were from Northport, and we called them Grandma and Grandpa Northport. I have spent a lot of my life in the area and love all it has to offer. I am a passionate cook, genealogist and love being near the water. Lake, river, creek, ocean, pool or puddle. Fall is my favorite season and ice cream is my favorite food. I am married to my husband, Sean of almost 20 years and have two boys, Nolan (almost 8, that is how he would want me to say it) and Clark who will be 2 in September.

My first home was purchased in 2003, when I was 19 years old. I knew home ownership would be hard and was a huge goal for me. We bought our home with an ARM loan at the time, which everyone thought we were crazy for doing. We were thankful the entire time we owned that home for the loan we had.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

Let’s find the right home loan for you

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Down payment assistance

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
VA

VA

If you’re an active member of the military or a veteran, a VA loan can help you save money with no down payment and lower closing costs. VA loans also have lower interest rates, meaning you’ll save money over the life of your loan. A VA loan is a program created and guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specifically for eligible military veterans, service members and their spouses.

All loans are subject to underwriter approval; terms and conditions may apply. Subject to change without notice.
