It was great because we finally crossed the finish line! Peter and Jessica made sure we had all requirements met throughout the process. Would be a 10 if communication was better. We had times when a question was asked through email that could have been resolved much easier with a 2 minute phone call. It did feel at times that phone calls were avoided in favor of less personal communication like email and text. Largest purchase of my life, would have thought with that much money on the table the communication would have been to my preference. Overall, we did what was intended, setting communication expectations at the onset would have lowered some of the stress.
