Dawn Schowalter is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage. She has 25 years of experience in the industry and takes pride and dedication in serving her clients. Dawn focuses primarily on her senior clients with reverse mortgages that help those 62 or older. She also works with a variety of buyers, from first-time to seasoned, as well as clients that need to refinance to lower their payments, consolidate debt, or complete home improvements. In her free time, Dawn enjoys cooking, traveling, watching movies, and playing with her dog.
