Katharine Piccirillo

I moved from North Carolina shortly after graduating from NC State University in 2001. With over 24 years in the mortgage industry, I've experienced various market conditions, both highs and lows. My career has mainly involved providing sales support to loan officers, managers, and executive teams. Recently, I joined Guild, which has allowed me to continue my support role while also originating loans. I work alongside District Manager Mike Morris, whose team has been assisting borrowers with home purchases and refinancing for over 30 years.

My husband and I live in Loudoun County, VA, as a blended family, raising our four children. My son attends Christopher Newport University and plays on their lacrosse team. In my free time, you'll find me traveling to his games, cooking with my daughter, spending time with our dogs, Bear and Goose, or on the pickleball court with my husband.
