Scott Stout, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in many areas of expectation process of my loans since I started to embark upon my decision to become a homeowner 2022. I have work with many lenders and different types of loans officers but I absolutely never got a loan officer like Scott. He is very helpful and extra Talented in my experience without him. He processed my loans quickly then I thought and to be honest. With little requirements that was extremely difficult from others lenders which I was not able to get approved and through the process. I gave this five star rating and review just because Scott knows how this process works and how to get you approved easily. I recommend Scott to everyone looking for homes loans approvals. Guild mortgage company. I work with them twice the First loans officer could not get me approved and through the process. I don’t know how was that difficult compared to Scott he got me approved very quickly and well Placed in my affordable budget.
