About Me

Chantry has been a residential loan officer since 2007. He specializes in educating and informing his clients about loan qualifying strategies, and choosing the best loan program for them. Chantry and his team can assist you buy a home, build a home, refinance your current mortgage, or obtain a reverse mortgage. Even if your not ready to apply for a loan today we would love to answer your questions, or help you make a strategy for the future.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.

Chantry and his team are MAGNIFICENT from start to closing and even afterwards! Meeting with them in the early stages is very informative and lots of options for loans were provided along with suggestions of ways to better our financial health and overall goals moving into the next chapter with the new mortgage. Not only were we able to brainstorm the best options for us right now but also looking into the future and what our life goals are when it comes to home ownership, investment, etc.. Chandy is a phenomenal communicator and she works hard to make sure everything is completed early and is done with tact and precision. Not once was I confused or left unknowing and when I was nervous they were there to talk me through everything. After we closed on our home they made sure to reach out to us and check in, and get us to the right place for property taxes. This team is incredible and I am so fortunate to be able to work with them, and will continue to do so!
