Chantry and his team are MAGNIFICENT from start to closing and even afterwards! Meeting with them in the early stages is very informative and lots of options for loans were provided along with suggestions of ways to better our financial health and overall goals moving into the next chapter with the new mortgage. Not only were we able to brainstorm the best options for us right now but also looking into the future and what our life goals are when it comes to home ownership, investment, etc.. Chandy is a phenomenal communicator and she works hard to make sure everything is completed early and is done with tact and precision. Not once was I confused or left unknowing and when I was nervous they were there to talk me through everything. After we closed on our home they made sure to reach out to us and check in, and get us to the right place for property taxes. Great communication. One thing I will note was that we as sellers were told that the buyer was already through underwriting, and we had the impression there may be an earlier possibility of closing as a result. The buyers still took the full contracted time. We were within deadlines, which was great. Just didn't like having given my client the impression it may close early when it went on time.
