Hi, I’m De Anna Bangerter. Becoming a loan officer wasn’t something I planned, but looking back, every step of my journey led me here for a reason. I started in real estate, moved into underwriting, and eventually found my calling in lending. That path gave me a unique perspective that helps me see what others might miss and guide my clients with clarity and confidence.

I believe that homeownership is more than a transaction, it’s a life-changing milestone. I’m here to walk alongside my clients for as long as it takes, answering questions, solving problems, and celebrating every win together. Whether it’s a first-time buyer navigating the unknown or a seasoned homeowner looking for the right fit, I’m committed to making the process strategic, smooth, and impactful.

Outside of work, I’m a racquetball player, fitness enthusiast, and football fan. I thrive on grit, strategy, and pushing myself to grow. One of the books that’s shaped my mindset is Think and Grow Rich—it’s a reminder that success is built on purpose and persistence. My goal is simple: to build a legacy that can one day be summed up in four words—I made a difference.
