Hi, I'm De Anna Bangerter, a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. While I didn't originally plan on a career in lending, every step of my journey prepared me for it. I began in real estate, transitioned into mortgage underwriting, and ultimately found my calling in helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence.

 

My background gives me a unique perspective on every loan. Having worked on both the real estate and underwriting sides of the industry allows me to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and guide my clients through the mortgage process with clarity, strategy, and personalized support. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, purchasing your next home, refinancing, or investing in real estate, I'm committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, you'll find me playing racquetball, staying active in the gym, or cheering on football. I'm passionate about personal growth, and one book that has greatly influenced my mindset is Think and Grow Rich. It reminds me that success is built on purpose, persistence, and serving others well.
