Easy and great communication

An out of state lender can be a challenge because of the distance and the lender and agent haven't worked together and know how they each operate. Darcee was great and got us to closing but didn't have the conversation with the buyer that they would be signing in Utah and title is in AZ. Meanwhile the buyer was unclear on how the down payment was to be wired and unaware of the timliness of him sending that wire. So we closed a day late but we had a back to back closing in Arizona. This created a hardship on the Buyers seller as he had moved out and was "circling" the block to move into his new home. It all worked outanwe have 2 closed properties but it was just a little stressful the last 2 days and no one likes to close late.
