Then, during construction, Shelley could not have been meaner or uncommunicative. We would turn in draw requests, and only when we pushed for more information would she say we needed additional things. We had to push her for information instead of her just getting with us. It delayed the subs getting paid several times. But Kurtis was great. He always answered my calls or returned them promptly. He would let me know when he was out of the office. He was very knowledgeable and gave great information and advice.
