I absolutely love what I do! I am a seasoned mortgage professional with 12 years of experience in the industry. I am committed to guiding my clients through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned homebuyers, those looking to refinance, or individual's investing in real estate, my aim is to provide expert advice and support throughout the entire process.

I was a previous educator for 10 years, teaching at the high school level. Both jobs are equally rewarding; however, helping people with homeownership is the best feeling ever. My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients, offering continued support long after the loan is closed.

On a personal level, family is very important to me. My greatest successes are my two children. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, traveling, running, scuba diving, reading and sky diving.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don't have a large down payment saved up though, don't worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Down payment assistance

If you're purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.

Manufactured homes

Manufactured or CrossMod homes feel just like traditional, site-built homes. Fannie Mae's MH Advantage® or Freddie Mac's CHOICEHome programs create more flexible, affordable and innovative home options if you're interested in purchasing a custom manufactured home with the look and feel of a traditional home. These can include many of the same amenities like garages, car ports, porches, decks and more.
