As first time home buyers, we were so nervous going through this process. Carey took the time to make sure we understood every question or concern we had. She responded to our messages quickly, no matter if it were night/day/weekend. She truly went above and beyond helping get us into our first home. She made it a smooth process, and we can’t thank her enough!
The overall process was simple and much less demanding than past mortgage experiences. Carey and the Guild team helped at every step and even helped us to find ways to save on payments. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of help with financing their new home!
Carey Adams is exceptional to work with. She will push to get the job done! I have worked many transactions with her and as a real estate agent her long hours and flexibility sure make it a dream to work with!
Carey is great! Fast in responding and absolutely knows what she is doing. She’s helped my family with a purchase and also a client of mine. I will refer more of my clients to her moving forward.
