When the buyer does the consult directly with Jason Higham, that buyer comes out of that consult confident and ready to move forward on their purchase. They've been educated correctly. Then, once the borrower is ready to put an offer on a home, the Higham Team is there to run the numbers, explain options, and help with Buyer's Agent get that offer accepted by the seller. As a Realtor, I am always kept up to date on the financing situation, and if we hit a snag in the transaction, the Higham Team is there to help creatively think of solutions, which was needed on this particular transaction.
