I have a rough situation. I had to have the bank pay off 10 acres and only use 7. No one would help or do anything for me. I was referred to Mr. Martel and when he told me no problem I had my reservations. Not only did he get it done, but was always available to answer questions. I now have a beautiful home and it is thanks to him. This guy's knows what he's doing and is a down to earth guy that makes you feel comfortable to trust. Thank you Matt you really took care of me, and my family.
Matthew overall was very nice attentive person he showed true caring about how the house was going and he did stay in contact during the build. The one thing that impressed me was a few days after closing he called to check up and said he will helping us to get better interest rates when the market improves. That probably sold me more in Guild Mortgage than anything else. Is the fact he didn't forget us.
Matt was amazing to work with. He was highly knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any of my questions. He was a great person to have in our corner as we purchased our first house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT!!!!
