This is the second time we have used Matt Martel, both have been very easy. This time we had used another bank to do the initial construction loan, then when we were finished we spoke with Matt about refinancing it and cashing out for permanent. Everything went very smooth and quick. Matt is very good about staying in contact and keeping everyone up to date on everything.
