Elizabeth Parker

I’m Elizabeth Parker, a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving homebuyers throughout Trophy Club, Southlake, and the greater North Texas area. I entered the mortgage industry in 2026 after building an entirely different kind of career helping people navigate difficult decisions and challenging seasons as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

 

With a master’s degree in professional counseling, I bring a unique perspective to mortgage lending. I understand that buying a home isn’t just a financial transaction. It can be exciting, confusing, stressful, and deeply personal, sometimes all at once. My approach is to see the person before the paperwork, explain the process clearly, and make sure my clients feel comfortable asking questions along the way.

 

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and women who want to understand how homeownership can fit into their financial future. That mission is personal to me. I purchased my own first home independently using down payment assistance, and I experienced firsthand how homeownership and building equity can create opportunities for what comes next.

 

Mortgage lending also runs in my family. I grew up watching my mom’s entrepreneurial career evolve through real estate, title, oil and gas, and eventually mortgage lending. Today, we work from the same Guild Mortgage branch in Southlake, which makes this career even more meaningful.

 

Outside of work, my world revolves around family. My husband and I are raising two young daughters in Trophy Club, and we love pool days, spending time with our Australian Shepherd, Mazie, and having our extended family close by. I’m also a fan of reality TV, Shark Week, self-development books, Taylor Swift, Texas country music, and anything with a laid-back beach soundtrack.
