I never planned on a career in the mortgage industry but I sure am happy it found me. After running my own telemarketing business for 10 years and serving in the U.S. Army, I was introduced to mortgage lending during the refinance boom in 2001. Within my first month, I knew I'd found something I was good at: helping people solve problems and achieve goals they didn't think were possible.

 

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Whether you're buying your first home, moving into your next one, or exploring different financing options, my goal is simple: give you honest advice, a clear strategy, and the confidence to move forward.

 

I'm proud to have been recognized multiple times as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator and to have earned Guild Mortgage's President's Club and Circle of Honor awards. While those accomplishments mean a lot to me, what matters most is the trust my clients place in me. I've built my business by being straightforward, setting realistic expectations, and treating every client like I'd want my own family to be treated.

 

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers because I love seeing the excitement that comes with achieving the dream of homeownership. I believe education is one of the most valuable tools I can provide, and I take the time to make sure you understand your options so you can make decisions that are right for you (not just today, but for years to come).

 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife of more than 36 years, cheering on the Cowboys, Texans, or Buckeyes, reading a good book, or giving back to our community through the Unicorn Center in San Antonio, where my wife and I volunteer to support adults with autism.

 

One quote has guided me throughout my career: "Vision without traction is hallucination." To me, that means goals only become reality when there's a plan behind them.
