As a Certified Mortgage and Liability Advisor, I take a strategic approach to help my clients make the most suitable mortgage decisions. I focus on helping them understand cash flow and liabilities while considering important factors like tax planning, income analysis, and the most appropriate use of their home equity. By looking at the bigger financial picture, I create a customized plan that helps clients achieve both their short-term goals, like buying a home, and long-term goals, like growing their net worth.

Also, as a 30-year veteran Mortgage Advisor, my achievements include the Scotsman Guide, Top Originators in the United States for 4 out the past 6 years. This means I have served hundreds of families achieve the dream of homeownership, many of which are repeat clients that I have had the honor of serving on multiple occasions.

I am in constant efforts to inform and educate our communities and clients in provided ongoing and regular educational classes on financial awareness/budgeting, credit management and homebuyer workshops.  I believe it is my responsibility to educate and empower our client towards their goal of homeownership with the knowledge to make sounds financial decisions.

For professional development, my memberships include, San Antonio Estate Planners Council, National Institute of Financial Education, Collaborative Divorce of San Antonio, (Divorce Mortgage Planning), Divorce Lending Association

On a personal level, I am happily married with 2 little ones who drive my "WHY" every day! I enjoy serving my community in various volunteer efforts including our local Food Bank, The Alzheimer's Association, Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels.  My hobbies include playing guitar, live music, living a healthy lifestyle, reading, personal development and connecting with my closest friends and families.
