Cindy Kennedy

Hi, I'm Cindy Kennedy, a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, licensed to serve homebuyers in Ohio and Texas. I believe getting a mortgage should start with a conversation, not pressure. My goal is to help you understand your options, feel confident asking questions, and create a realistic path toward homeownership.

I'm especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, veterans and military families, and women who are ready to build greater financial stability through homeownership. One of my favorite parts of this career is helping someone who assumed buying a home was out of reach discover that there may be options they did not know existed. From understanding down payment possibilities to improving credit and learning how home equity can support long-term financial goals, I want my clients to feel informed every step of the way.

Before becoming a Loan Officer, I worked in direct sales and hospitality. Those experiences taught me how to listen, connect with people from all walks of life, and explain information in a way that feels personal and approachable. My own path into mortgage lending was also personal. An unexpected career change for my family reminded me how quickly life can shift and how important stability can be. That experience is part of why I care so much about helping other people understand their choices and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Outside of work, family is at the center of my life. I love traveling with my husband, taking motorcycle trips to new destinations, discovering great local restaurants that are full of character, reading, and getting together with our extended family.
