Chantelina Fritz

Hello! My name is Chantelina Fritz (or Chantel), and I'm a mortgage lender with Guild Mortgage here in San Antonio. I work closely with my clients as their main point of contact, supported by a small team that ensures the process runs smoothly from start to finish. My role is to simplify home financing, answer questions honestly, and help clients feel confident; whether they're buying their first home or planning for the long-term responsibilities of homeownership.

 

Texas has been home for over 20 years, though growing up in an Air Force family taught me adaptability, service, and the importance of strong community. Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent many years in restaurant management, where I learned the value of listening, clear communication, and caring for people during important moments. In 2020, I transitioned into lending, joined the Jeff Cruz team, and have since helped serve over 500 families!

 

Outside of work, I'm deeply involved in my church, Bible study group, and volunteer efforts. I strive to reflect God's love through every interaction and approach my work with transparency, integrity, and compassion.
