Haley Mowrey

Hi, I’m Haley Mowrey, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Guild Mortgage.  I’m a South Texas native, born and raised in Live Oak County, and I’m so happy to be home. Most of my family is still here, including my little sister, brother-in-law, and their five kids, who know me by my favorite title, Aunt HayHay.

After spending my career in professional sales, I wanted to do something that felt more meaningful and gave me the opportunity to truly help people. My own experience buying my first home helped lead me to mortgage lending. The process felt overwhelming at times, and I realized how valuable it is to have someone who can explain your options clearly and help you understand each step.

For a long time, I wasn’t sure homeownership was possible for me. Becoming a homeowner changed that perspective, and now I want to help others explore what may be possible for them, too.

My approach is simple: listen, educate, and help you find a financing path that fits your goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, making a move, or simply wondering where to begin, I’m here to help make the process feel a little less daunting and a lot more approachable.
