Experience is a priority when working with any professional and I have 25 years of experience in the mortgage business.  I can navigate and educate you through the array of mortgage options and requirements.  My goal is for you to feel secure with your choice of financing and the process of the buying experience.  Communication is essential and my team and I keep you updated every step of the way.  Last minute surprises are eliminated.  Working closely with your realtor and “selling you as a prequalified/approved buyer” to the listing agent is an important responsibility in this competitive market.  My time is your time so on the weekends and evenings, I am always available.
 
In my spare time, I take care of four yappy dogs!!  And you will find me on the dance floor boot scootin, or trying to anyway.
 
Having grandchildren is a love unimagined until you have one. Being a child at heart, my grandkids say “mama sher” is the best at building forts, playing UNO, and playing hide and seek.  They are the creative ones, couldn’t find one because they climbed into a suitcase.  I had to call “uncle” please come out.
