In addition to traditional loan programs such as FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional, my team specializes in alternative financing solutions for clients who may not fit conventional criteria. This includes loans for manufactured homes, homes on ag-exempt acreage at traditional loan rates, Down Payment Assistance programs, and flexible options such as bank statement or no-ratio loans.

Outside of work, my heart is rooted in country living.  I grew up with the values that come from Texas backroads, close-knit communities, and weekends spent with family and friends around rodeo arenas.  Those small town lessons – hard work, humility, loyalty, and treating people right – deeply influence how I serve my clients today. My husband and I cherish life with our tribe of 21!  We enjoy five adult children, their spouses, and our nine amazing grandchildren. I also love traveling with friends and family, decorating homes, and unwinding on the water.
