Timothy Biles

With nearly three decades in the mortgage world, I've seen it all - booms, busts, and everything in between.  In that time, I discovered that educating homebuyers is what I enjoy most about working in this industry.   Whether someone is buying their first home or refinancing for the third time, I take the time to break down the process, explain the options, and answer every question.  My goal is to make sure the homeowner walks away with keys in hand and a clear understanding of how and why the loan works for them.

When I'm not helping clients navigate the path to homeownership, you'll find me spending time with my family, cooking for them, or traveling - especially to the beach.  My wife of 36 years and I have a family of two children and their spouses, six granddaughters, and soon we will welcome a great-grandchild - the first boy in 31 years.
Not only have I seen a thing or two in the mortgage business, but I have seen a thing or two in my travels.  If you know the Biles family, you know that friends and family call our travels "The Biles Adventures." My wife and I were on the 'Poop Cruise', if that tells you anything!  We have had some interesting trips for sure.
