Hello, I'm Doug, a dedicated mortgage lender serving Houston, Katy, and Cypress, Texas. I specialize in assisting first-time home buyers and new investors. Partnering with down payment assistance organizations across Texas and Florida, I help clients purchase their first homes and educate them on building wealth through real estate.
I collaborate with Realtors and Builders to develop strategies tailored for today's home buyers, and I excel in providing solutions for complex loan scenarios.
In my free time, I enjoy expanding my real estate portfolio across the US and Mexico. I also love spending quality time with my family, participating in book clubs, cycling, boating, traveling, and hanging out with my pups, Jax and Lollie.
