Aaron and his team truly saved the day for my buyers. We were in a very stressful situation where my buyers were at risk of losing their earnest money, along with the money they had already spent on inspections, fees, and services, because another bank was unable to get the loan closed. Communication had been extremely difficult, and my buyers were very close to losing the home they loved from day one. Aaron took our first call while he was on vacation, immediately stepped in, and got to work. In just 13 days, he and his team were able to get the file closed. Because of their urgency, communication, experience, and dedication, my buyers did not lose the money they had invested, and they are now moved into the home they fought so hard for. This is not the first time Aaron and his team have stepped in and saved a transaction when another lender dropped the ball. I am incredibly grateful for the way they show up, problem-solve, and genuinely care about the people involved. Thank you infinitely, Aaron and team.
