Jamey Hodge is very knowledgeable about grants and down payment assistance. He works diligently to assist buyers in a timely manner. My buyers were not qualified to purchase a home on a Sunday, yet by Monday, Mr. Hodge met with my clients and with creative financing, we were able to put a contract on a home that same day. We closed within 30 days with my clients qualifying for a grant and down payment assistance. He communicated with me weekly. I would recommend Jamey Hodge and Guild Mortgage to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a home. Even if you think you cannot qualify, make an appointment. Mr. Hodge is professional, knowledgeable, and creative. You will walk out of his office with a plan!
Jamey is the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage lender I have ever known. Jamey's staff is second to none. They recently just closed a tough file in just 3 weeks! Tina, Rebecca, Lisa, Marian, and Jamey rule the mortgage world in my book!
