For the last 34 years, I have been blessed with helping thousands of home buyers navigate through the home purchase/refinance process. If you are a first time buyer, I am known for my expertise with state and local grant programs for down payment & closing cost help. Interested investors can benefit from my experience of being a long term investor for loan strategies to maximize wealth creation. Lastly, move up buyers can take advantage of my 34 years’ mortgage wisdom to help structure loan terms to maximize your best loan options. I am always here to help you navigate through the home mortgage process. I am from the old school and encourage meetings in person when possible.

I had an outstanding experience working with Guild Mortgage, and especially with my loan officer, Jamey Hodge. From start to finish, the level of service I received was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. Jamey was diligent in handling my loan request and made the entire process feel seamless. We were able to close on a VA loan in approximately 30 days or less, which is remarkable. As both the buyer and a Realtor®, I was truly blown away by how efficient everything was. I’ve heard many stories about VA loans taking 60+ days and creating concerns for sellers, but that was not my experience at all. We even received our clear to close more than a week early and were able to close as soon as possible. What stood out most was the communication and transparency throughout the process. From the very beginning, completing the loan application was straightforward, and every request for documentation was clearly explained. I always understood what was being asked for and why, which made it easy to provide everything needed without confusion or delays.
