Not only was Steve exceptional at communication. The online portion helped us keep track of everything. I do suggest clarifying loan option correlated to propective houses to simplify approval process, if possible. Our application was appoved so easily, and it at times was discouraging to reveal that the house we picked (although a great deal, and needed a good deal of work) was more difficult to fund than we thought it would be.
