About me

Thanks for visiting my page! I know buying a house is a very big step in life and I want this process to be memorable for the right reasons. Whether you’re moving from far or staying local, a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, I look forward to helping you through the lending process. I am passionate about educating my clients to ensure they are confident from start to finish and beyond. I will take the time to go through your financing options and help you consider your current needs and future goals.  

Early 2019 we made the decision to move our family from California to Tennessee and we love everything this region has to offer.  Living just outside of Chattanooga, I can personally help with home loan needs in Tennessee, Georgia, and California. I know how it feels to move across the country and navigate all that comes with it. I promise that I will be your biggest supporter. 

Weekends & down time you can find me camped out at baseball tournaments for our son or cuddling with our two very large Great Danes. Each year I volunteer and support the Wreaths Across Chattanooga mission to honor our Heroes at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. I donate to this foundation for each transaction I am a part of.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don't have a large down payment saved up though, don't worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

FHA

If you're looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It's easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They're also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.

Jumbo loans

Jumbo loans offer larger loan amounts than most other loan programs. These loans are a great option if you're looking to buy a more expensive home and have a great credit score and strong financial situation.

USDA

Are you purchasing a rural property? A USDA loan is a great fit. Enjoy lower interest rates with no down payment. These loans are best suited for homebuyers with moderate to low income and are offered to rural property owners through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

VA

If you're an active member of the military or a veteran, a VA loan can help you save money with no down payment and lower closing costs. VA loans also have lower interest rates, meaning you'll save money over the life of your loan. A VA loan is a program created and guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specifically for eligible military veterans, service members and their spouses.
