Erica Davis Romp has built her mortgage career around something simple: taking care of people and helping them feel at home in the process. Based in Myrtle Beach and serving borrowers throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, she brings decades of experience, perspective and a genuine commitment to understanding each client's goals and helping them move forward with confidence.

 

Today, Erica partners with longtime colleague Kelsey Woodard, who has worked alongside her since 2017. Their years of shared experience, complementary strengths and genuine trust allow them to provide clients with two experienced advocates and one consistent standard of care.
