Hi, I'm Ryan Lee, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage. I proudly call Charleston, South Carolina home while continuing to serve clients throughout the Seattle, Washington area. Since 2012, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and a little excitement along the way. While I have extensive experience with conventional, jumbo, and expanded guideline loans, I believe every client deserves a personalized strategy, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Today, I help buyers, homeowners, and referral partners throughout Charleston and Seattle, combining local market knowledge with a relationship-first approach. I'm passionate about educating first-time homebuyers, helping move-up buyers navigate their next chapter, guiding jumbo loan clients, and creating financing strategies that support long-term wealth through homeownership.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me cheering on my kids at sporting events, spending time on the water with my family, golfing, cooking, or exploring everything Charleston has to offer while staying connected to the Seattle community I've proudly served for years.
