About me
I love what I do! Meeting new people and assisting them with their home financing needs are what make my job as a mortgage loan officer so rewarding. For over twenty years, I have helped thousands of clients secure the right mortgage at a great interest rate, making the dream of home ownership both affordable and enjoyable for them. I work relentlessly on behalf of my clients to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. Precision with details and frequent communication with all parties involved in the transaction are the characteristics that define my work as a loan officer.
A 1988 graduate of Wheaton College with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Psychology, I went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Northern Illinois University. After careers in the fields of education and finance, at the suggestion of a good friend I entered the mortgage industry in 2001. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in this business, as I am blessed to work with wonderful people both in and outside the office.
I met my wife Claudia at Wheaton College and we married in 1990. We have 3 wonderful children, twin daughters and a son. In our free time we enjoy relaxing at the beach, traveling overseas, and hosting people in our home for a meal.
