Lauren Sawyer Foster

Lauren Sawyer Foster is a native of Columbia, SC. She attended the College of Charleston and earned a degree in International Business. Upon graduating in 2006, Lauren worked with a new construction builder and developer. This allowed her to obtain vast knowledge in the home building process, real estate sales and closings.

Lauren has been a loan originator since 2010 and specializes in new home construction, FHA, VA, and USDA rural housing products. Lauren is a member of the Home Builders Association, Sales and Marketing Council, Junior League of Columbia, and Kemopalooza Board at Palmetto Health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and running.
