Taylor Graham

I'm a South Carolina native who grew up in Myrtle Beach, spending most of my early years near the ocean and surfing was my passion from an early age. I attended the College of Charleston and earned a degree in Business and Finance, which laid the foundation for my career in real estate and mortgage lending.

 

Early in my real estate career, I spent years working with investment properties, gaining hands-on experience with everything from multifamily and land development to renovations, vacation rentals, property management, and fix-and-flip projects. I was involved in property management, mortgage financing, accounting, marketing, and day-to-day operations; which gave me a strong foundation for understanding how real estate works behind the scenes. That experience helps me guide clients through complex situations with confidence and clarity. I enjoy helping buyers navigate complex or unique situations; while educating them to make decisions that truly make sense for their long-term financial goals.

I currently live in Mt. Pleasant with my wife (the greatest PT in Charleston) and our two sons (ages 11 and 14). The Park West community has been wonderful raising children. When I'm not working, I'm usually driving kids to soccer games or high school band performances, and the occasional trip to the beach; and wouldn't have it any other way.

 

My goal is to be the kind of lending partner Realtors can trust implicitly; someone who communicates clearly, handles challenges calmly, and treats every client like they're my own.
