I'm Caroline, a Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, based in Charleston and helping buyers throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. I'm also a South Carolina native and College of Charleston graduate - though my path into mortgage lending wasn't exactly traditional. I studied Music, with a concentration in Classical Piano Performance.

That background taught me the value of preparation, discipline, and staying focused under pressure - qualities that shape how I work with clients today.
