I truly enjoy working with my team members in support of their development and be present in the successes that they achieve within their careers.

When working with borrowers, it is gratifying to share my vast experiences in real estate, finance, and planning and to demonstrate the place that mortgage lending assumes within a balanced financial plan. A mortgage loan is not a commodity but instead an integral pillar within a holistic and successful financial model.

A referral from a business partner or previous client will never be taken for granted. With 25 years of experience, I have been a Top-Producing Originator and Branch Manager, as well as Area, District, and Regional Manager prior to my position as a Mid-Atlantic District Manager.

I studied Advanced Studies in Personal Financial Planning at Moravian College and Adjunct Faculty at Atlantic Community College – Principles of Real Estate (1984-1988). My other accomplishments include Founder and Principle at Daniels Realty in Cape May County, NJ (1982-1989).

I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my two sons, two grandchildren, and wife of 35 years.
