Homeownership is part of the American Dream.  For some, homeownership is providing their family with stability, privacy and comfort.  For others it allows them to express themselves and have more connection within their community.  And for all, it’s an achievement to feel proud of.  I have helped thousands of homebuyers achieve their goal of homeownership and I love being a part of something so important and rewarding to each of them.   

I have been in mortgage banking since 1990, starting in operations and transitioning to Loan Officer in 2004.  It is my nature to educate and help others whenever I can.  Everyone has a different goal, history and circumstances that we take into consideration to find the best loan program to meet them individually.  Our Lancaster operations team has worked together for years (dating back to 1990 and before, most recently as Residential Mortgage Services) and have processes in place to provide a smooth transaction for your purchase or refinance.  We have built long term relationships internally and with our clients, helping some more than twice or thrice with their financing needs.  I sincerely look forward to developing that same relationship with you on your next purchase or refinance. 

I am licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.  I live in Lancaster County with my husband of a few (38) years.  We have four wonderful adult children that require us to travel when we visit.  We have two beagles that 100% meet the definition of a hound dog.  I also enjoy reading, music, exercise, outdoors and good food.
