Since 2001 I have been helping families all over Pennsylvania achieve homeownership. My primary focus has always been on new construction financing options.

At Guild Mortgage Company, we have a great construction to permanent program that is a single-close transaction consisting of an interest only construction phase, which is then modified into permanent conventional financing once the home is complete.

We also offer construction end loans, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loan options. Most of our programs offer a long-term rate lock option, which offers lock terms up to 360 days, plus a float down option 30-15 days prior to closing*. So, you are protected if rates go up, but if they go down, you can take advantage of the float down. 

I grew up in the Lancaster, PA area. I got into the mortgage industry because I love working with numbers as well as helping people. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, and reading. I also am a wish granter for Make-A-Wish and have coached Girls on the Run.
