With a blend of creativity, curiosity, and a passion for helping others, I'm on a mission to help home buyers realize their dreams whether for the first- time purchase, an investment or a second home. We can assist you in the state of PA, MD, DE, or FL and if your life journey leads you somewhere else, we have great friends across the country we can refer you to.

I'm fueled by a desire to make homeownership dreams a reality. Whether it's for a first- time home, beginning a real estate investment portfolio, or financing a get-away in the mountains or at the beach, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact and inspiring others along the way.
My Journey
My journey in Mortgage Banking over the last 32 years has been filled with twists, turns, and exciting discoveries. I've learned valuable lessons that have shaped me both personally and professionally. I’ve been recognized by Scotsman Guide year over year as a Top 1% Originator nationally and a top performer for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

Great Customer service is very hard to find these Days. Many companies contract service providers to 3rd party companies that view you as a contract #. If you are looking for a more personalized local mortgage provider that knows Lancaster county and can expedite the mortgage process from beginning to close you have come to the right person with Malinda. Definitely first class!
