Welcome to my corner of the internet! I'm Melinda Trent, a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Lancaster, PA. With a blend of creativity, curiosity, and a passion for helping others, I'm on a mission to help home buyers realize their dreams whether for the first- time purchase, an investment or a second home. I believe every mortgage is a chance to empower families—creating stability, opportunity, and community one home at a time. What Drives Me?

I'm fueled by a desire to make homeownership dreams a reality. Whether it's for a first- time home, beginning a real estate investment portfolio, or financing a get-away in the mountains or at the beach, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact and inspiring others along the way. I am a strategist at heart and a connector by nature. When I’m not helping clients find the right loan solution, I’m spending time with my husband, kids, and grandkids, or enjoying my favorite hobbies—reading by the ocean, gardening, and exploring new places.

My journey in Mortgage Banking over the last 32 years has been filled with twists, turns, and exciting discoveries. I've learned valuable lessons that have shaped me both personally and professionally. I’ve been recognized by Scotsman Guide year over year as a Top 1% Originator nationally and a top performer for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
