Wow what a great experience buying my first home! I worked with Kevin Palke and his amazing team. In the beginning I was stressed and didn't know where to start the process of buying a home. I received a few recommendations of Guild Mortgage and was told to contact Kevin. As soon as I spoke with Kevin I could tell I was in good hands. Without even asking me to do a credit check or how much I had saved he started clearly explaining the process. He answered all of my questions and brought up many things I hadn't even considered. Kevin also has alot of great connections and was able to set me up with a great realtor Luis Garibay. They worked together to overcome any obstacles we encountered.
